Narmin Rzayeva

External PhD candidate. Narmin’s research interests include systematic study of peer-review process in scientific journals covering such problems as comparison of existing peer review models and their impacts, methods of harmonization of existing peer review models and development of alternatives. Also she is interested in journal’s quality assessment methods based on the peer review process organization and analysis of reviewing activity of scholars from Azerbaijan and other countries of the region. Narmin holds honored bachelor diploma in Applied Mathematics and honored master degree diploma in Information Technologies and System Engineering. She is head of Scientific Research department in Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.
