Kirsten Vegt, MSc

External PhD candidate. Kirsten’s research interests include the societal impact of citizen science, in particular on trust between stakeholders (citizens, government and scientists) and their trust in the scientific processes and outcomes related to citizen science projects. Kirsten holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Psychology. She also works as a researcher at the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) in the field of risk communication and safety perceptions regarding environmental hazards.
